In addition to end-to-end solutions, Foundation offers customers a cost-effective approach to upgrading from one version to another, while retaining custom modifications that you may have made to your systems. We come on-site to gather information that will help our combined team determine which modifications and extensions will be upgraded and which will be retired. We perform a product walk-through to ensure that our clients understand all of the available functionality and potential applications for each version. We also review the business requirements and compare them to delivered new functionality. Our goal with upgrades is to reduce the amount of customizations where possible and ease the task of future upgrades. After proper unit and system testing, we assist our customer's support staff with integration, end-user acceptance and quality assurance testing.
